Membership of guidebookwriters.com is open to professional guidebook writers worldwide.
	To be admitted as a member you will need to have had a relevant guidebook published within the last three years of which you were the author, or an author making a significant contribution, and demonstrating sufficient mastery of the destination for you to be considered an 'expert' ‚ No, we don't like the word either, but it serves its purpose.
	We do not accept articles on a particular destination or country as proof of mastery of subject; this is about guidebooks.
	Subscription: There is an annual subscription of £50 (sterling). Members of Writers and Photographers unLimited (see www.wpu.org.uk) receive a 50% discount on joint members of guidebookwriters.com for as long as dual membership is maintained. This is payable once your application has been approved and your profile uploaded. You can pay by cheque/check, or online.
